Shipping policy

At Pocket Tool Warehouse, we work hard to get your order out fast. All orders ship out within 1-2 business days. We don’t ship on weekends or holidays.

Domestic Shipping

We offer Free Shipping on all domestic orders through USPS. Typical transit times are 5–7 business days, though these are estimates and not guaranteed. Expedited shipping options are also available at checkout through USPS and UPS, with rates calculated directly from the carrier.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide via USPS, UPS, and DHL. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the carrier’s actual postage rates. All customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s progress. Please note that tracking details may take 48–72 hours to update after shipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Pocket Tool Warehouse is not responsible for packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, we can provide you with the carrier’s contact information to file a claim directly.
