You should carry a flashlight and it should be this one. We have carried a lot of lights over the years, for everything from finding lost items we drop to deescalating situations and Streamlight hit a home run on this one.
Why do we like it?
It's 350 lumens, which is a decent brightness, but the size is really what makes it a killer. Plus it can take either a CR123 (for the highest brightness) or a AA (if it's all you have in a pinch) and it includes a reversible pocket clip. No kidding, this is the best EDC flashlight on the market.

Other than the light, you'll receive the reversible pocket clip and a CR123 battery. This light includes Streamlight's "10 Tap Programming" which we recommend setting to just constant high always.
