Ferro Rod and Sparking Tool

This Ferro Rod and Sparking Tool ensure that you can get a fire started wherever you are, no matter the condition. Lighters work great for fire starting, but can run out of fuel or not work in the cold. The ferrous material in these rods produce a large spark when scrapped with the included tool, or the flat edge of nearly any metal item.

Why do we like it?

Using a Ferro Rod to start a fire feels cool, but also works in nearly any conditions. Paired with one of the Tinder-Quik Fire Tabs, this combination will have a roaring fire in minutes. The included Sparking Tool also includes a small metric ruler and a hex bit cutout that also functions as a bottle opener.
