When it comes to lock picking, the Lishi 2-in-1 Picks take out the guesswork in single pin picking. They're great for beginners and help them better understand how lock picking works. We have three models, two made specifically for the most common door key ways in the United States; the Kwikset KW1 and Schlage SC1 and one made for the common M1 & MS2 Master Padlock.
Get a bundle of three Lishi Picks above for ONLY $119.99 with FREE Shipping! It includes the Schlage SC1, Kwikset KW1 (Non-SmartKey) and Master M1/MS2.
The door Lishi Picks are both five pin keyways so please ensure that your lock is a five pin and that your keyway matches the type labeled on the pick. For the M1 Pick, it will work with either 3 or 4 pin M1/MS2 keyways.
Long story short, these picks are the fastest and most repeatable way to pick a lock, provided that the keyway matches the Lishi Pick.
Why do we like it?
Lishi Picks mimic the keyway of the lock, so you don't have to worry as much about false sets. The tension bar also allows you to hold just the right amount while picking and the decoding interface makes single pin picking a lock easy. (Side Note: The tension bar has a set screw that can be loosened to swap which side you need to apply tension on.)
We've also now got a SC1 Practice Lock that you can use to sharpen your skills.
They're called "2-in-1" because while you're picking the lock, you can also view the depth that the pin sets at, effectively allowing you to note the key's combination and make a new key.
These are keyway specific, so please make sure that your lock matches the Lishi Pick. The SmartKey or self-rekeyable locks are not compatible with Lishi Picks. We have provided an example photo of the Master M1 Padlock Keyway so you can compare.
What's Included?
Each Lishi 2-in-1 Lock Pick includes a hard-sided case for storage and shipping protection. Please understand that these are still delicate tools, so you need to be careful when applying tension so you don't break the tip of the pick.

Excellent product, easy to use for a beginner like myself. Keep coming up for more tools. More power.
great product just as described. it really works I tried the Schlage, Kwikset and Master and I was able to pick all the locks
The pick arm is pretty flimsy. It feels like it slips off the pins and is to flexible to set them. I ended up having better luck with a city rake.
The tip of the M1 pick is actually strengthened and isn't too thin and definitely doesn't slip off any pins due to the keyway shape holding the pick centered. Most likely you're either between pin channels or are not applying enough tension on the pin stack. I'm not surprised you're having good luck with a City Rake, but that won't apply to all locks. Learning to single pin pick them is better overall.
These are legit lishi picks I verified with the code. They're actually the first lishi picks I've ever bought since im new to the hobby but honestly really like how they show you which pin you're picking.
Doesn't fit my current Kwikset keyholes. The center won't fit.
Customer most likely is trying to use the KW1 on a SmartKey lock, which we clearly describe them not working for. Despite multiple disclaimers, people still buy them and then act surprised when they donโt work.
The SmartKey is a completely different keyway and doesnโt act like a pin and tumbler lock, which is why I specially highlight in the product description that they arenโt compatible.
